Job Summary:

The Operations Lead drives residential interior fit-out projects by collaborating with design and installation teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers during the execution phase of their home interiors.
  • Detail review of drawings, understanding scope as per BOQ and explaining to customers.
  • Receive materials from Warehouse and validate against Order/BOQ.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and foster teamwork between project stakeholders.
  • Share daily progress reports for installation works with customers.
  • Engage, interact, and build professional relationships with Design professionals, Production, Warehousing, and Installation teams.
  • Direct Installation teams to safely execute work according to design plan.
  • Work closely with internal Production, Logistics, and Vendor supply teams for high standard execution and customer experience.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide resolutions after coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Site job experience required; willingness to work on-site a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles, including scheduling and sequencing of installation activities.
  • Detail-oriented and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • High ownership and customer-centric approach.
  • Core interior industry experience in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storage, Modular, and Fit Out works preferred.

  • Graduate/Equivalent Qualification
