**Lead Architectural Design Manager Role**

This position is a high-level opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the design and technical detailing of multiple corporate interior fit-out projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include strategic planning, coordination, and management of design development across various stages, from concept to execution. Technical support and complex on-site design challenges will also be areas of focus.

**Project Coordination and Management**

You will oversee the coordination between design consultants, internal teams, and project managers to ensure accuracy and quality in drawings prepared for builder submissions and GFC sets. This will involve guiding the design team in incorporating changes during the construction phase and reviewing, evaluating, and approving shop drawings submitted by consultants and vendors.

**Leadership and Project Management Skills**

Strong leadership and project management capabilities are essential for success in this role. You should be able to mentor junior team members and make independent decisions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also required. A willingness to travel and oversee design delivery across multiple project sites is necessary.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To excel in this position, you should have 6-7 years of experience managing design delivery for commercial or corporate interior fit-outs, with proven expertise in GFC preparation and site-level coordination. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or an equivalent qualification is also necessary.
