Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as single point of contact for customers during the execution phase of their home interiors.
  • Deliver detailed review of drawings, understanding scope as per BOQ and explaining to customers.
  • Validate materials received from warehouse against Order/BOQ and ensure timely coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Share daily progress reports with customers and foster teamwork among all project stakeholders.
  • Build professional relationships with design professionals, production, warehousing, and installation teams.
  • Direct installation team to execute work safely according to design plan.
  • Collaborate with internal production, logistics, and vendor supply teams to ensure high standards of execution and customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns and provide resolutions after coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification; 15 years of academic education.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Site job experience required; willingness to take on similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling and sequencing of installation activities.
  • Detail-oriented attitude towards quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Core interior industry experience in kitchen, wardrobe, storage, modular, and fit-out works preferred.
