Project Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead our residential interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Manage and maintain effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in project management, with a focus on residential interior fit-outs.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Additionally, proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office is preferred, as well as knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
