Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning and design coordination through execution and handover.
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Review and ensure MEP systems are properly integrated into interior works, without affecting design or functionality.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports; monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any technical or execution-related issues on-site.
  • Lead site meetings and inspections; enforce quality control and health & safety compliance.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs in coordination with consultants and design teams.

Ensure all documentation, including contracts, variations, and handover reports, is properly maintained

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects with strong exposure to MEP works.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of local building regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards.
