Position: Interior Fit-Out Project Manager (Commercial)

  • Full time employment with all benefits (as per company HR Policy)
  • Work from office, factory or work Site
  • Office location is Hennur Road, Bangalore
  • Office Hours – 9.30 am – 5.30 pm (may vary based on work assigned)
  • Work days – Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, BOQs, and milestones. Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Cost Control & Budget Management Monitor and control project budgets, manage cost estimations, valuations, and variations. Collaborate closely with procurement and QS teams.
  • Stakeholder Coordination Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams. Conduct project review meetings and address stakeholder feedback promptly.
  • Quality Assurance & On-Site Supervision Oversee site engineers and contractors. Ensure execution adheres to design intent, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records including drawings, contracts, RFIs, approvals, and progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Vendor & Material Management Source and manage vendors, materials, and finishes as per project requirements. Optimize procurement processes for cost and quality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial interior fit-out project management
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, MEP, and civil drawings
  • Strong command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
  • Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification - Good to have but not mandatory

Experience Level

  • Proven track record of managing turnkey fit-out projects from initiation to completion across commercial environments.
