Business Leader Opportunity

As a business leader, you will drive both sales and operations for a team of professionals in our region. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, managing branch profitability, and building strong customer relationships to expand our footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall business with sales & operations for the region.
  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
  • Prepare and present proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Conceptualize and propose software licensing and IT services solutions to customers.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with stakeholders.
  • Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and promote additional solutions and value-added services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong experience in Key Account Management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
