
Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for – Sales Operations Specialist to support our global sales function. This role will work closely with the Head of Sales, regional sales heads (India & US/International markets), and leadership to drive forecast accuracy, performance reporting, CRM hygiene, bid coordination, and cross-functional alignment. The candidate should bring experience in sales processes, analytics, CRM tools, and pre-sales governance.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related fieldsMBA or specialized certifications in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops / CRM Administration is a plusFamiliarity with cybersecurity concepts, service lines (SOC, IDAM, MDR), or industrial/OT sector terminology is desirableResponsibilities7+ years of work experience in sales operations, business operations, revenue ops, or sales enablement, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT servicesHands-on experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint; experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plusStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail; able to interpret trends and suggest improvementsAbility to collaborate across functions and geographies with maturity and responsivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills; strong documentation disciplineSales Process & ForecastingSupport the sales funnel tracking and drive weekly/monthly forecasting cadences across geographiesMaintain sales dashboards, performance reports, win/loss analysis, and conversion KPIsEnable regional sales heads and
