Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and overseeing the maintenance of our website to ensure optimal performance and excellent user experience.

This role involves managing a team of web executives, liaising with design and development teams, and being proactive in pitching improvements to the website. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for our brand's success and be able to identify and respond to all website security breaches.

The Senior Web Operations Specialist will also conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information, plan communication aligned with our brand strategy, and ensure that the website is protected by enabling appropriate security measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze user behavior
  • Understanding of product management best practices and ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Experience using Agile methodology for project management and Google Analytics
  • Presentation skills and ability to prepare pitch decks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve team conflicts
