Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online sales and marketing operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, experience in sales and developing strategies to boost online revenue, proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, marketing expertise to execute effective online campaigns, ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

The E-commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, optimising the online shopping experience, analysing sales data, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring the online store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Optimise the online shopping experience to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute effective online campaigns.
  • Ensure the online store runs smoothly and efficiently by troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints.
