Job Title: Manager-Seller Enablement

We are seeking a seasoned Seller Enablement Expert to drive the success of our third-party sellers on the Walmart Marketplace. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing them with the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for enabling internal sales and account management teams to deliver on their responsibilities and goals by setting up processes, mechanisms, SOPs, and tools for troubleshooting issues and delivering a better seller experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies to improve seller performance, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify key seller pain points and opportunities and design scalable solutions and resources to address them.
  • Drive the adoption of new features and services among sellers and partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for seller needs.
  • Create high-quality, actionable content such as guides, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and best practices to support sellers.
  • Monitor and analyze key seller performance metrics and develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce
  • Proven track record of developing successful programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
