Job Title: Amazon Account Operations Specialist
About This JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon account operations specialist to join our team. As an Amazon account operations specialist, you will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central operations, creating and optimizing product listings, monitoring account health metrics, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including order management, inventory management, and shipping logistics
- Create and optimize product listings, including high-quality product images, detailed product descriptions, and competitive pricing
- Monitor account health metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and return rates, and take corrective action as needed
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and processes, including accurate labeling, packaging, and shipping of products
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate pricing, stock, and order management
- Resolve catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to drive sales and revenue growth
- Analyze competitor research and keyword analysis to inform product optimization and marketing strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations, preferably with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's policies and marketplace processes, including Seller Central, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN)
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners
Candidates with experience in Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns, familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends, and knowledge of e-commerce tools and software skills will be considered favorably.
