Job Title

A key component of a successful recruitment strategy is the onboarding process. This encompasses the steps taken by an organization to integrate new employees into its workforce, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

  • A critical aspect of this process is analysis, where existing recruitment and onboarding procedures are examined to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancement using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Effective implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules is crucial for achieving organizational goals. This involves leading and participating in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support, as well as studying SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommending new features.
  • Training plays a vital role in ensuring the effective use and adoption of implemented modules. As such, developing and delivering training materials and sessions for clients is essential.
  • Implementation of ONB20 with existing reference ONB 10 for the client requires careful consideration. Post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients are also necessary.
  • Collaboration with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams is crucial for integrating Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.
  • Staying updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features releases and industry trends enables consultants to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
  • Project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals, must be prepared meticulously.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members are necessary.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is a must.
