Recruitment Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a large organization on high-volume recruitment initiatives while leading and supporting a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the client's recruitment life cycle by working closely with Recruitment Managers.
  • Provide timely updates on contracts, including contract renewals, contract termination to contractors & consultants.
  • Onboard newly hired contractors / consultants / employees with the HR Manager.
  • Create & maintain effective spreadsheets to track items such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, Action Item logs.
  • Attend team meetings, client meetings, and set up meetings for senior management.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure new jobs are opened in the ATS and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal and review updates published on the client portal.
  • Learn principles of candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and coordinate background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Support recruitment directly during high-volume periods and create a Monthly KPI Report (Key Performance Indicator) with the recruitment manager.
Qualifications
  • University Degree
  • Excellent English oral & written skills and fluency in English is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
