We are seeking an accomplished talent acquisition professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition. They will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans for Non-IT positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for Non-IT positions.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
