Hiring Manager for Civil Engineering and Architecture Roles

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned hiring manager to oversee the recruitment process for civil engineering and architecture roles in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in civil engineering and architecture domains.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, interview candidates, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Preferred:
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states and understanding of US hiring processes.
