Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our data warehouse solution.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing database solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM) system.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
  • Developing and deploying processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for driving the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users, delivering data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis, and documenting ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A professional work experience in Master Data Management.
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
