Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our sales team as an Inbound Sales representative. As the primary point of contact for all inbound merchant leads, you will be responsible for engaging with merchants via calls/emails, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require an Inbound Sales expert to manage high-volume calling and build lasting relationships with merchants.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • A strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is essential.
  • The successful candidate will own the end-to-end sales cycle – from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation.
  • Providing a smooth onboarding experience is crucial, acting as a trusted partner for new merchants.
  • This role also involves identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other products to existing merchants.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is necessary to ensure merchant needs are met and feedback is captured for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in fintech, online payments, or B2B SaaS (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting and trusted merchant relationships.
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven individual who can achieve targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
