About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Excellence Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer accurate information regarding services, procedures, and requirements.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Evaluate and escalate complex queries to internal departments as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Support clients in completing required forms and documentation.
- Offer expert consultation and guidance on visa application processes and travel management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and task management skills.
- Knowledge of visa application procedures and travel regulations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
