Customer Support Specialist Job Description

We are a fast-growing organization headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA.

Our mission is to provide reliable ground transportation services globally with all types of vehicles.

  • We partner with local fleets to empower high-quality local services.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve issues by communicating with drivers and fleets.
  • Maintain high service standards.
  • Confirm the ride was completed and update the system or ask the driver to do it.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, noting issues and solutions within our CRM to ensure consistency and follow-up as needed.
  • Build strong working relationships with Suppliers, Operations, Sales and other functions, plus any external stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the Tourism & Travel sector, Ground Transportation industry (Preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a customer support representative or in a similar environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc).
  • Able to accommodate a full-time schedule of 24*7 and 6 days a week.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced work environments.
  • Attention to detail.
