Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Supervisor in Global Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conflict Resolution: Find solutions to disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks or responsibilities to others while maintaining accountability for the overall outcome, utilizing clear communication, trust, and guidance as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Drive improvements through data insights, implement automation where possible, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize business processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product or service quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guide, support, and motivate individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives, helping develop skills and abilities.
  • Team Engagement: Organize team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Break down simple problems, identify potential solutions, and take action to resolve the issue, utilizing critical thinking and creativity.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interpret data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, understanding data privacy and ethical considerations.
  • Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of unique needs to different audiences.

  • Proven track record of success in BPO operations, customer service, and people management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and drive process improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with workforce management systems and processes.
