About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Oracle ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.

  • Act as the local champion for smooth communication between US-based leadership and India-based team members.
  • Collaborate with US leadership to align guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning to drive global priorities into actionable team results.
  • Support workforce planning by overseeing hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices within the team's daily operations.
  • Ensure seamless alignment of the team with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business objectives.
