Lead Axle Counter Solutions Expert

Eldyne is a pioneer in modernized digital and automated Railway Signalling Systems, with over three decades of experience delivering projects across India.

We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive engineering excellence and shape the future of digital axle counter solutions.

About the Role
  • This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with safety, signalling standards, and RAMS requirements for our Railway Axle Counter solutions.
  • You will lead V&V activities including First Time Right (FTR) checks to guarantee quality and fail-safe product performance.
  • Liaising with RDSO and SAG & above level railway officers is essential to address design, compliance, and product approval requirements.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support for the design and development of our Railway Axle Counter solutions.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis of product failures and propose corrective actions to drive engineering improvements.
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication (ECE) or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Railway Signalling domain.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fail-safe signalling product design (HW/SW) and embedded systems.
  • Hands-on understanding of EN, IEC, IS standards and railway signalling & interlocking concepts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in digital axle counter solutions.
