- Generate sales leads through effective relationship-building and communication with customers.\
- Buid long-term relationships with customer accounts by providing exceptional service.\
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer information, and maintain documentation.\
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.\
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide informed solutions.\
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.\
- Take ownership of customer complaints and work towards resolving them promptly.\
- Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers.\
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Gemni's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.\
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.\
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to inform business decisions.\
- Identify areas for improvement within the customer service process and propose recommendations for enhancement.\
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.\
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the achievement of business objectives.
