Job Description

To expand our admissions team, we are seeking dynamic individuals who can build strong networks with undergraduate colleges and drive student engagement.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach, established relationships with undergraduate colleges, excellent communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel for outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with undergraduate colleges
  • Represent the school at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events
  • Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students
  • Generate and nurture leads by promoting the PGDM program
  • Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes
  • Travel within the city and occasionally outside for outreach events

  • Male/Female candidates with graduate/postgraduate degree (preferably in Management/Marketing/Education)
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about student engagement
