Job Title: Business Development Executive - Customer Service

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the lubricants market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of lubricant products and their applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skill.
  • Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
