Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Understand client needs and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
  • Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
