Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition for our staffing & payroll services in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the South India region for staffing, contract hiring, and payroll outsourcing services.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and HR Heads.

• Develop business strategies and action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare proposals, empanelment documents, and client presentations.

• Negotiate contracts and SLAs with clients.

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Track competitor activities and market trends.

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular business reports to management.

• Represent us at industry events and networking platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.

• Knowledge of staffing models, payroll management, and HR outsourcing.

• Ability to prepare business proposals and present value propositions effectively.
