Job Title: Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and persuade. Previous experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for prospects, providing a friendly and knowledgeable voice that sets the tone for our business solutions.
  • To develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, explaining them clearly to prospects and scheduling walkthroughs that matter.
  • Proactive in answering all inbound calls and working on enquiries via form submissions from clients, with minimal time spent on each.
  • Strong presence of mind and decisiveness in qualifying leads and influencing customers to choose our business solutions.
  • To address potential client questions, manage follow-up calls, and nurture leads, identifying business opportunities and assigning them to the sales team for further coordination.
  • To adapt quickly to process changes and maintain a smooth workflow, ensuring proper CRM management with complete accuracy and hygiene.
  • Suggest improvements to the marketing team and know when to nudge and when to wait, converting only warm and hot leads for sales.
  • Follow up like a pro, bringing hesitant prospects closer to 'yes.'
