Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This role offers a comprehensive experience of HR activities in a dynamic environment.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding processes, facilitating smooth transitions for new employees, and ensuring timely documentation and induction.

Key responsibilities also include planning engaging activities to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture. The successful candidate will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, providing regular support and maintaining open communication channels.

  • In addition, the Human Resources Intern will assist with administrative tasks, such as online database management, coordination with central teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be proactive, organized, and approachable. A recent graduate or current student in HR or related studies is highly desirable.

This role provides an opportunity for end-to-end exposure to core HR and HRBP functions. As a people-facing role in a leading healthcare startup, you will work closely with employees and leadership, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
