We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
They should be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for this position.
The successful candidate will also have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.

The work timings are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
- Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
