At Luminous Power Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product introduction and launch in various channels, as well as making and submitting business proposals to channel partners. They will also be responsible for selecting relevant channel partners and supporting sales in assigned product categories in assigned regions.

The successful candidate will provide full support for data management and back-end operations, coordinate with production and commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of channel partners, and ensure timely payment follow-up and collection. They will also be responsible for reconciling accounts with channel partners, resolving conflicts, maintaining sales records, and updating weekly and monthly reports.

Additionally, the Franchise Business Development Manager will be responsible for monitoring sales support activities, collecting competitor information, and retaining and increasing market share for assigned product categories in each account. They will also interface with circle commercial/sales teams for sales-related matters and order processing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product introduction and launch in various channels
