Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Channel Growth Manager to join our team at Luminous Power Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Introduction and Launch: Develop and execute strategies for introducing and launching new products in assigned channels, ensuring timely market availability.
  • Business Proposal Submission: Collaborate with channel partners to prepare and submit business proposals that meet their needs and align with company goals.
  • Channel Partner Selection: Identify and onboard suitable channel partners, assessing their ability to drive sales growth in assigned regions.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and enhance sales performance in assigned product categories across specified regions, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize channel partner engagement.
  • Maintenance and Support: Ensure smooth maintenance and support for MIS systems, guaranteeing accurate and timely data dissemination.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflicts arising from sales operations, customer complaints, or other issues impacting channel performance.

Requirements
