About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Automation Specialist to join our team at Tropicfeel. This is a unique opportunity to drive customer engagement, segmentation, and loyalty across our customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies, with expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy aligned with Tropicfeel's business objectives and customer-centric approach.
  • Map the customer journey, identify pain points, and implement strategies to improve touchpoints, increase satisfaction, and drive repeat purchases.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email production, including a/b testing, creation, checking, segmenting, scheduling, and analysis of both broadcast and triggered campaigns.
  • Lead the Marketing Automation initiatives for Tropicfeel by defining the strategy aligned with the Customer Lifecycle, planning, and in-platform execution of workflows and their optimization via A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives with overall marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in Klaviyo software and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
  • Passion for email marketing and willingness to improve skills from this channel.
