**Job Summary**

Mancer Consulting Services is a leading talent management solutions provider seeking a driven Business Development Manager for our Ahmedabad branch.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for driving business growth and building strong client relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through primary and secondary research
  • Develop and present customized service offerings and USPs to potential clients
  • Builddatabase of potential customers and build relationships with key decision makers
  • Closed new business deals by negotiating contracts and finding the right party contacts
  • Work closely with the delivery team to deliver client requirements on time and augment business profitability

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree with 4-6 years of experience in business development and managing client relations
  • Experience in acquiring clients for recruitment firms or selling HR software/services
  • The ability to travel pan-India

**Estimated Salary:** ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
