Job Title: Senior Business Manager, Sales

About the Role:
  • Sourcing new Enterprise clients for a leading payments provider.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities within the enterprise segment and targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts.
  • Nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and pain points.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Customizing solutions to meet unique client needs and ensuring favorable contract negotiations.
  • Focusing on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new Enterprise merchants for our organization.
  • Grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned to you.
  • Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
  • To liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
  • Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.

You'll Need:
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology-enabled commerce businesses in a solution-selling environment.
  • Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 6+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software.
