- Collaborating with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
- Customizing solutions to meet unique client needs and ensuring favorable contract negotiations.
- Focusing on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Source new Enterprise merchants for our organization.
- Grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned to you.
- Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
- To liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
- Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology-enabled commerce businesses in a solution-selling environment.
- Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 6+ years of experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software.
