About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopper Marketing Manager Lead to join our team at Del Monte Foods Private Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies across various channels, driving brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Channel Management: Develop and implement tailored marketing programs for key retail partners, ensuring consistent messaging, effective in-store promotions, and impactful point-of-sale materials.
  • Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Execute shopper marketing campaigns from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and effective roll-out. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • BTL Activations: Lead the planning and execution of festival activations in coordination with regional teams, engaging customers and driving product awareness.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors end-to-end in terms of negotiations, POs, and payments in alignment with procurement and commercial teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and category teams to ensure alignment of shopper marketing efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Trade & Shopper Insights: Gather and analyze market and consumer insights to firm up strategies. Analyze shopper and retailer data to identify opportunities and improve shopper programs.
  • Performance Analysis: Track the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives using KPIs. Provide regular reports to senior management and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Graduation: Any

Post-Graduation (Must have): MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Experience:

Must have: 6+ years of experience handling sales, shopper marketing, and FMCG industry, preferably food and beverage industry

Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum
