About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to drive growth and adoption of our mobile app. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.

As a Growth Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user journeys, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on our channels.

You will also be responsible for advising on customer needs and shaping new features and products that meet those needs. This requires a deep understanding of our customers and their behavior, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can think creatively and strategically. If you have experience in growth/product marketing for digital businesses or apps, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze user journeys and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on our channels

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for digital businesses or apps
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Prior experience with campaign management tools and data extraction/interpretation tools
