Job Title: Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage budgets and optimize spend for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms to boost sales.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing with a proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
