Business Development Director - Digital Growth


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive revenue growth across our digital agency and tech services. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy for our digital agency and tech services.
  • Lead new business pitches and presentations to mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Mentor and lead a team of sales executives to ensure consistent follow-ups and target alignment.

Requirements:

  • 9-15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies.
  • Strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Tech verticals.
  • Excellent pitch craft, including storytelling and closing skills.
  • A deep understanding of digital agency service lines (creative, social, media, tech builds) and comfort with tech discussions.
  • A hustler mindset, comfortable with targets, proactive pipeline building, and hands-on selling.
