Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Transformation Manager to lead our digital initiatives and software solutions.

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of Business Analysts, develop key digital strategies, and drive innovation across operations.

  • Oversight of IT software applications design, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligning with business objectives.
  • Leadership, mentorship, and management of a team of Business Analysts/PMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Software development lifecycle oversight from requirements gathering to implementation and adoption in the field.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration to understand needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Multiple digital project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Analysis and re-engineering of existing business processes for technology-driven automation and efficiency gains.
Main Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation Strategy & Execution

  • Develop a 3-year digital transformation roadmap within six months.
  • Deliver key digital projects on-time and on-budget (e.g., new software implementation, mobile app launch).
  • Achieve automated and digitized key business processes percentage.

2. Software Solution Implementation & Adoption

  • Reduce average time to complete service-related tasks due to new software.
  • Achieve user adoption rates within a specified timeframe.

3. Team Management & Development

  • Succesfully recruit and retain top talent.
  • Complete professional development goals for all team members.
  • Positive employee engagement and satisfaction survey scores.

4. Business Process Optimization & Efficiency

  • Quantifiable reduction in operational costs or increased revenue from new digital processes.
  • Improve key performance metrics.
  • Successful resolution of process-related bottlenecks identified through data analysis.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Positive feedback from department heads on collaboration and project outcomes.
  • Timely and clear communication of project milestones and changes to relevant teams.

Key Competencies:

  • Understanding business needs, processes, and problems to translate them into technology solutions.
  • Software development lifecycle expertise.
  • Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies knowledge.
  • Connecting different software systems and platforms for a unified digital ecosystem.
Requirements:

Educational Qualification / Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Industry landscape understanding and best practices in IT management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful IT strategy development and implementation.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading a team of Business Analysts is required.
