Job Description:
  • We seek an innovative IT leader to develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives including Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint).
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, IT compliance (ISO 27001), disaster recovery & business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to implement cutting-edge IT solutions.
  • Foster a high-performing IT team while effectively managing vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
