Drive Business Transformation with AI and Technology

Job Description:

A high-caliber professional is required to lead the implementation of data, technology, and artificial intelligence to drive business transformation for leading enterprises. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for directing and executing the Lean Digital Transformation roadmap to solve complex business problems and opportunities in the Financial Accounting domain.

This role offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions to deliver operational excellence and automation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Implementation of Data, Technology, and AI: Direct and execute the LDT roadmap to solve business problems/opportunities of key customers in the F&A domain through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions.
  • Ensure Effective Delivery of Planned Projects: Ensure effective delivery of planned digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects with cross-functional global leads.
  • Provide Analytical and Conceptual Direction: Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Black Belt: A certification in Lean or Six Sigma will be beneficial.
  • Experience in Driving RPA Program: Experience in driving RPA program and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive Experience in F&A Domain: Extensive experience in the Financial Accounting domain and should have led transformation across all sub-processes.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.
