  • Growth Experiments:

          • Community Building:
            • Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to increase visibility.
            Requirements
            • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function.
            • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
            • Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
            • Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
