Job Overview

Growth Analyst Role Summary:

KYFEX is a leading AI consulting firm dedicated to harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize business operations globally.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data-driven decision making, predictive modeling, and attribution analysis.

  • Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and channels.
  • Calculate key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Build attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes.
  • Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics.
  • Design A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Partner with client teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Create predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications: To succeed as a Growth Analyst at KYFEX, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Snowflake data warehousing, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
