About Our Client Relationship Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the responsibilities of our Client Relationship Manager. This key member of our IT services and staffing team will be instrumental in building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owning key accounts: securing existing relationships, identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell/new logos
  • Translating client objectives into actionable delivery plans; ensuring service level agreement adherence and quality standards
  • Managing service orders/warranties/master service agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintaining a candidate network aligned with client demand; enhancing time-to-fill performance
  • Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flagging potential risks and driving resolutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes; demonstrated stakeholder management expertise
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle/agile methodologies and IT hiring cycles

Desirable Skills:

  • MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/service level governance
  • Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
