Job Title: Financial Strategist

This is a key leadership role within the organization responsible for driving financial insights and strategic decision-making.

  • The successful candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and operational strategy, providing critical business insights and analysis to inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining robust financial models to support business planning and forecasting, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  2. Analyzing variances, presenting findings, and delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  3. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Developing and implementing dashboards and management reports to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  5. Conducting business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning to optimize financial performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems are required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary along with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
