  • Creating annual operating budgets for properties.
  • Providing analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implementing controls to manage business risks.
  • Safeguarding assets, improving operations, and increasing profitability.
  • Analyzing financial data and market trends.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10+ years experience in accounting, preferably in the hotel industry.
