We are seeking a growth leader to spearhead our digital-first strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth engine that takes our brand into every household.
  • Promote our products through performance marketing by driving Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad strategies with a focus on ROI, revenue, and customer acquisition.
  • Boost sales and conversions by monitoring daily/weekly sales, running smart promotions, and executing campaigns that drive results.
  • Optimize everything from product listings to conversion funnels to ensure we win visibility and trust in the market.
  • Data-driven decision-making by analyzing key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform growth plans.
  • Negotiate partnerships with category managers to secure premium placements and co-branded campaigns.
  • Explore new platforms, opportunities, and collaborations to scale our business.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, e-commerce, or q-commerce.
  • Scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands, particularly in ghee, oils, and natural/organic foods.
  • Balances numbers and storytelling, living in data dashboards but thinking like a marketer.
  • Understands customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, return on ad spend, and brand equity.
  • Achieves success not just as an individual, but as part of a movement where tradition meets modern digital-first growth.
