Key Role: Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused individual to join our team in accelerating growth by shaping go-to-market strategies, analyzing client segments, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

This position will play a critical role in optimizing sales performance, enhancing market share, and driving business expansion.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
  • Owning revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function.
